Hello Yeswanth,

I see that you are interested in certification programs in recruitment. I represent, one such organisation-Middle earth consultants. The Certified Recruitment analyst program from MEC has been its flagship program for years now. I attribute its success to the following reasons.

1. There are few certified courses in recruitment, that carry a global certification.

2. The certification is not a " certification for participation", rather its a " certification on merit". This means that you are evaluated on a project/ assignment and an examination ( 2 hours). On the basis of your performance in these you are alloted a certification for 4 levels of grades.

3. The CRA is a 2 day program and is packed with practical guidance, innovative tools and lots of excercises, role plays etc. It is apt for working professionals ,who want an advanced, practical and career oriented certified training program.

Our current calender has the CRA program being held on the 22nd and 23rd of feb 08 at Bangalore.

Please feel free to contact me on 9845546260 or do send me a mail at neetu@vibrantserve.com to get the detailed course content of the program.

I can also provide you the references of our particiapnts from earlier programs .

Warm REgards

Hi All!

Even I would want to do such a certification - however I want to do it, you guessed it right, for free.

I am told there are free online certifications which add value to your recruiting credentials.

Please let me know.

Regards,
Abu

I agree that certification would help, Aparna please do share how it has benefited in ur work wise, was there any change
in your work and the nos of hits i.e closure has increased
secondly, where u aware about the process or was it totally new to u?
